  • We offer refunds solely for purchases made directly through Nexspan Technologies Pvt Ltd. Refunds are available within 7 days from the date of purchase.

2. Circumstances for Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:
    • Technical issues preventing the proper functioning of the Service, which our support team cannot resolve within a reasonable time.
    • Dissatisfaction with the Service’s functionalities, subject to a review of the claim.
